Any ideas on what utility I can use to export my calendar in a form that can be imported by Microsoft Outlook (2000?

Many thanks

Dear DDD707,
Have you checked out faq807-2703
I know it is to transfer from SK95 to Outlook97 but there should be a link (hopefully at MS)

Check the FAQ area of this Forum for answers (If there are any FAQs!) , it could save you a lot of time and effort and means that links are more likely to be current. Please 'Comment' on them if they are not!

Many thanks, however that FAQ is for SDK2 or 95 and doesn't work.

The problem appears to be that there is no export function on SDK98. I've just checked my Outlook and it is ver 2002.

Any other ideas?

Dear DDD707,
I did realise that, but I thought that Microsoft May have got around to producing an import filter for your version of Outlook that would parse SK98 Calendar files.
However if you get a copy of SK95 (See the faq area of this forum) install it and then open the calendar in that, then get a copy of Outlook97 you could do the conversion that way.
If you know someone who has those programs installed on a laptop or whatever.

But that would only be useful if this is not something you wish to do on a regular basis but more of a once-off job?

Dear DDD707,
It has just occured to me that if you used a REX device in the PCMCIA slot of a laptop/Desktop Computer that there are Accessors (conversion utilities) that can synchronise with Sidekick98 and Outlook.
Now I don't know the procedure but the fellow at this site:

Knows more than anybody about REX devices.
and HAS all the Accessors.
You could actually work it out yourself if you had a REX (I obviously don't) but you could work out a way where you Synch to the REX from Sidekick98 and then put the REX into the PCMCIA slot on another computer and synch to Outlook2000...
Well I would give it a shot
(Now if anyone wants to give me a REX I would work it out.....)!

Many thanks.

I don't have a Rex device. I've downloaded Sdk95, but it won't load on Win XP. I also downloaded Sdk99, to see if there would be any joy there, unfortunately not. (I even removed Sdk99 as it is very poor compared to 98)

Looks like it may be just start afresh with Outlook.

Many thanks again. If you have any further ideas they would be much appreciated.

Regards
David
