Is there a way to export a report to a folder on a network drive, and it sort of acts like an application? I have heard of this functionality w/ Crystal reports. I have crystal 8.0 and I was wondering if there is a way to export it to a file like this, therefore when a user would double click on the file, it would open up the most recent report for that date and so forth. Is there a way to do this.

If not, I'm trying to export the file to Excel. I would like to export it, but have it remain exactly the same as the the way I exported it. How can I do that, it seems to mess up headings and format it extremely weird.

Thanx,

See the FAQ on compiled reports. That might be what you are referring to. Ken Hamady
