exporting reports with checkboxes

I want to export my reports that i can run in access to excel or word, but when I do this the checkboxes are not visible. Is there a way to export these automatically in Excel or Word format?

No, I don't believe so. You could try this:

If you preview the report in Word, then you can "Send To" and select type of "Snapshot". This retains the checkbox. If you want, you could just have code that produces the file as a snapshot format.
