Exporting Reports to WORD 1

My users want to be able to create letters from the database, but then be able to tweak them later. So, I set up command button that export the report to a word document. The problem is that it does not faithfully replicate the report, i.e. there are discrepencies in the formatting or positioning of some of the elements.

Is this a limitation that we have to live with, or is there a way to make it work right?
(Also open to any better ways to approach it.)
