When I export a report into word there is a lot of white space between rows. The report contains sub reports but hen exported into work there is almost a page of white space between rows. How can I eliminate the white space or is it the formatting of the reports is wrong. The report looks fine in report view but once exported to word there is a lot of white space.

Exporting reports to microsoft word

Export to word generally doesn't work. Use Export to RTF, and if that doesn't work, get a PDF printer program and print your report to PDF.
