Hi, When I export reports that are in A4 format to Word using "Exact (Word) Format", the reports change to "Letter" Format. Since I would like to automate the exporting process, this has caused a problem as I have to manually change the reports back to A4 in Word. Does anyone know why this is happening?

This isn't a fix, but it at least may point you in the right direction. Within Word, try opening and changing your NORMAL.DOT file (that's the default template that new documents use). Change it's page size to A4 and save it. Then try an export again and see if it works correctly. If it does, than that tells you that it's doing whatever is in the default template. If that's the case, you may need to see if there's a way to set up an alternate template and use it on the export.
