Exporting Report to Word (or other)

I am an Financial system manager trying to develop a client invoicing database using Access forms & reports. The invoicing works great except that our company policy is that we archive all invoices electronically. I'm struggling with how to convert the Access Report(Invoice) to an electronic version that doesn't change.

I have code that allows me to export to pdf, but not all the users have Adobe writer or distiller and are not likely to get it.

We tried the Save As/Export to Rich text file & excel. The problem is that our logo does not get exported, but it needs to. Anyone know of a way other than pdf for me to export or somehow get a point in time image of an access report that includes a bitmap logo?

Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks

The follwoing is another solution - specifically the Sanp Shot viewer which is free. Also, there are free programs that will produce a .pdf file.
