Exporting report into Excel #2

This is another posting along the similar lines of #1.

After exporting data from an Access report into Excel not all the data from one field is being exported. It's field called 'background' and the contents varies upon the individual it is describing.

Does anyone have any idea why its exporting all the information into some cells but not all?

do you have groupings set up?

try exporting the base query instead of the report...
