Hello all,

I have an Access report built from subreports. Works great. Looks good in Snapshot format. When it is exported to RTF format, the conversion adds tabs to sections of text to accommodate the formatting in the report (loses the pictures & graphs too, of course).

Is there a way to remove the tabs at export time?

Has anyone found a way to export a report from Access into a full Word format (doc)?

Thanks,
Chris

I haven't found a way of preserving formatting other than using the Snapshot format or a postscript printer driver and the Ghostscript/GSView32 package as a free PDF creation tool if you can't afford the official Adobe software, or any alternatives.

Exporting a report to Word would have much the same effect as saving it to an RTF file. I haven't found a way of doing it better than saving as RTF and loading into Word.
