Exporting Report and the Destination Drop Down 1

I have a user running CR9, and when she tries to export a report her Destination called Disk File is missing. I've reinstalled Crystal (with the Re-install option) and that didn't replace the option. I've checked out

http://support.businessobjects.com,

but wasn't able to find a solution. I think she is missing a dll, but I'm not sure which one.

The Disk File destination dll for CR 9 is u2ddisk.dll. It should reside on the client machine in:
\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin

For future reference, there's a Runtime.chm file with CR 9 Advanced/Developer that's got all of the dependency info.

That was it. Her file was only 28k, I replace it with my at 48k - and all is well!! Thank you. I've also made a note of the Runtime.chm. I've been looking for a Crystal dll reference.
