Exporting records

I have filemaker 7 and I am able to export all of the records in a table to Microsoft Word but is there is an easy way to only export certain records based on field values?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
FielMaker exports the Found Set. Simply perform a find for the records you are looking for before you do the export.
