Field called email (contains email addresses funnily enough).

Want to create an address list for a mailshot in the form email1; email2; email3;
and so on. One address from each row.

Currently have all email addresses in an output column in the query and want to put it into a word document or similar separated by semi-colons.

Zel,

I know I must be misunderstanding this question, cause I have seen several of your posts/responses and this seems to easy:

SELECT MyTable.Email & ';'
FROM MyTable;

Thinking a bit moree on this, this will put each email address on a separate line and that may not be what you want. Let me know... Terry M. Hoey

Terry,

Can I then export that data into something else (like Word) where the whole email address list is ready? Export is greyed out!
