exporting query from MySQL

Hi!

Can someone tell me if it's possible to export a query from MySQL?

Second question: I was only able to figure out how to export an entire DB to a text file. What should be the LOAD DATA INFILE syntax for it? Also, can I do it using MYSQLIMPORT command? and how? I'm having trouble to get it do work.
