Exporting Pervasive 2000i to MS SQL Server 2000

Is there an easy way to export a (Dynamics) Pervasive 2000i database to a MS SQL Server 2000 database? Either using canned migration/import/export tools from either database or 3rd party tools. We are setting up a common data store in MS SQL server 2000 to be used as a data warehouse and need the data stored in our financial database. We would also need routines or tools to do this on a regular basis until we can migrate Dynamics to MS SQL Server.

Any help is appreciated.

I recommend using a DTS import package from SQL Server. DTS can use the Pervasive ODBC driver to connect to the Pervasive data, and the transfer is fast. (We use this for one table in our Pervasive DB).
