I need to have the ability to export the character and paragraph styles and these are not part of the package report. I need something that will contain all of the information that the Quark report does, but from Indesign.
Are you wanting a printed list of how each style is set up? This seems like a dead end with data management. What use is written down style information? Are you expecting someone to manually recreate styles from a printed list? Think paperless.
You can strip all of the pages from your document (down to one blank page). Then save the smaller file to use as a style template. Styles can be imported from the style palette by opening other ID documents.
If you want to use this style information to replicate in a program like Quark, forgeddaboudit. You'd be trying to feed sirloin to a dog.
