Exporting Panose Font Matching Profiles?

Hello, I am looking for a simple way to export my Panose font matching profile in Pagemaker from one computer to another so that the second computer will map the fonts in a publication in the same way as the first, without having to manually rebuild the profile. Does anyone know if this is possible?
