Exporting Options in Crystal Report Viewer

I would like to control the 'File Format'
while trying to export report through Active X Viewer.
I need only 'Adobe Acrobat' and 'Microsoft Excel' format to show up.

By default the options are
'Crystal Reports',Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Excel Data Only
Microsoft Word,Rich Text and Adobe Acrobat.

Hi,AFAIK, if those Export functions were installed when CE was, then they will show up..
If you do not want some of them, uninstall them.
( Some may be built-in, but try)

The export choices are hardcoded in the web-delivered versions of CRViewer that I'm familiar with (CR 8, 8.5, 9?). In the Designer, you see what's currently available.

I have a similar problem with the Export options ie how do you control what is displayed. I only have a limited set (pdf, doc, xls) but have no CSV or Text option. Of course, I need the CSV option.
Is this something determined during installation? I have CE10.

Hi, Yes..At least in most versions ( 8.5 to 10, I think) - it is an option in the installation process..
You can add it using the Change/Remove option under the Windows Add/Remove programs applet

Hi, Actually I was wrong ( I suppose there is a first time for everything )
I do not see that option in CE just CR..

Hi, yeh I've checked the installation and all of the export options are installed according to it.
I've read on the BO website forum that you need to copy the u2*.dll files to WINNT\system32 so I'll give that a go.
