Does anyone know how to export hundereds of emails from eudora into a single file (even if you have to do it one mailbox at a time)? That information would be very helpful to me, seeing as how I have to print thousands of pages of email right now, and I don't want to have to print them individually.
Thanks,
Farmerjed

Simply highlight all of the messages you wish to "archive" and then go to the File Menu and select SAVE AS.

Enter a filename and location and all of the messages will be saved sequentially in one text file. Mitch Duszynski

Thanks so much, you rock. I was trying to print to file from the xerox docutech and it seemed like too much work to do for that. I appreciate your input, and it works great (as long as I open the file I saved with something that reads HTML).

In case you are not aware of this marking procedure........
Click on the first message of the list, go to the last one you want to mark,
Hold SHIFT and click it. All messages in between will be marked. The older versions let you mark several by dragging the pointer, but v. 5.1 does not.

You can put the whole mailbox into a file by copying the "IN.MBX" file in your program folder, to a file, but you may get too many header lines and HTML
codes in it doing it that way.
