Hi everyone,

I created employee address labels in Crystal Reports 8.5. I chose Avery 5160 and everything looks perfect. It lists employee addresses with three columns across and ten addresses down. Like so:

Harry Smith Jane Clayson Bryant Gumbel
1457 22nd Street 7 Carlton Way 7934 Macchian Avenue
Baltimore, MD 25832 Potomac, MD 26834 Washington D.C. 22198

Julie Chen
4900 Hunter Mill Road
Arlington, VA 22038

Now I want to export the labels to Microsoft Word but I encounter a formatting issue.

After clicking on the "Export" icon, I choose "Format: Word for Windows document" and "Destination: Application". When I view the Word document, this is what I see:

Harry Smith
1457 22nd Street
Baltimore, MD 25832
Jane Clayson
7 Carlton Way
Potomac, MD 26834
Bryant Gumbel
7934 Macchian Avenue
Washington D.C. 22198
Julie Chen
4900 Hunter Mill Road
Arlington, VA 22038

As you can see, the export didn't keep the format intact. It just listed all the employee addresses from top to bottom.

What can I do to keep the format (3 across, 10 down)? Please help!

Thanks so much,
dbew

I just tried it and it came out looking great (using CR 8.5).

Perhaps Word is not displaying in View->Print Layout?

Perhaps you don't have the latest hot patches from
