Exporting in HTML

Is this an offline viewer issue?:

CE9 supports export to HTML, though there have been issues:

Not really an offline viewer issue. I just want to automatically schedule an email to be sent out in html format. The process works fine otherwise. I'll give this patch a try and if all else fails, send it in a different format.

Also, I'm trying to delete a user in CE9, but all I'm seeing is the "disable user" function. Is there a way to completely remove a user??
