exporting/importing from/to NT4-2K3

Hello all. I did this before but I can't remember in what order or with what tools. I remember using ldifde to pull domain stuff from an NT4 box and another to push them to a 2K3 test box. Anyone have any ideas on the best tools to use to:

Pull all of the domain stuff from an existing NT4 domain and then push this onto another test NT4 box.

I'll use admt to go from that test box to a test 2k3 box.

Why don't you just install a new BDC then take it to the test lab and promote it to a PDC. Then you can use the ADMT tool in your lab for the 2K3 migration.
