exporting images from flash

Hi,

I purchased a a flash template for our company, now sitting at

http://www.diadcohomes.com

As I understand, this is one big flash movie.
My understanding is that flash is not search engine friendly.

So I want to create a html site that looks the same.
I want to export the graphics and recreate the site, or as much of it as I can in html.

Can I export the picture to jpg?

If anyone's interested, how much would you charge to do the html site?

A decompiler (or .swf extractor) would let extract the pictures...
I can provide them (are there that many?) for free...

As for the .html, I'm not really into that... Maybe someone else around!
