Exporting HTML and Images

Working in ImageReady CS. When I select the slices I want in the layers palette I go to "Save optimized as" and select HTML and Images, selected slices. The Problem: When I export my file with HTML and selected slices it is also saving greyed-out or unselected slices. Why? Never had this problem with the previous version.... thanks in advance!
