Exporting greetings creates empty files

I have a BCM 1000e, with CallPilot 2.5 installed. I am trying to export from a CCR tree in either native or .wav files. I go through the process, and the file is created in both cases, but the files are of 0kb in size. The recording has been made, and I can listen to it from my set.

If you need more information to help, I'll be glad to provide; however I am not a telephony tech, so please speak BCM for dummies

Are you using IE?

I can go through the export process but the file that is created is empty. I am using IE. Thanks.
