Exporting global address book to a file

Is there a way of Exporting the global address book to a file?

I think you can only do it through Exchange server. Highlight the Global Address list in Exch Administrator and go to Tools>Directory Export.

Yes, vtrick is right, you can do it via Exchange Admin but you specify the GAL as the Container you want to export after choosing TOOLS>EXPORT.

If you export the GAL to a CSV file, I've got a nice Excel 2k sheet that will import the list and clean *most* of the addresses to a format suitable for printing.

Makes it easy to publish directories, etc. Email me at sev@gldd.com if you want a copy of it. I'd be interested to see if it works for anybody else's list. I think it will.
