Exporting from Excel XLS to CSV

I need to be able, in a batch process, to convert an XLS to CSV.

I reckon that it should be possible to create a Delphi program that will take the XLS abd CSV filenames as paraameters, and then automatically do it.

However rather than trying to do it all from scratch, is there a component that will enable me to do this?
