Exporting From Audix using ASA

Hello,
I am trying to find a way to export reports using ASA 1.0 from Audix Version 4. I have the call accounting set up in Audix and would like to be able to export a detail list for a certain extension. I go into call accounting then reports then generate selection report and then I fill out my info. I can send the info to my terminal (pc) or print it but thats where it stops. Currently I am screen printing each screen then pasting them in Excel. Talk about time consuming. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Try clicking the EXPORT DATA button on the left side of the ASA GUI. Select the object type you want to export (like subscriber list). Click Next, then choose the fields you want exported. Click Next again, then choose the directory where you want the file exported. Then choose how you want the data fields separated - I prefer Tab for Field Delimiter, and None for Text Qualifier. Click Next again, then choose the name of the file that will be exported, then when to run the report. The file should then be easily imported into an Excel spreadsheet.

Thanks SprakyDTMF, I do do that for other reports like a list of subs and it works great. The problem is that you cannot do this for an activity list in call accounting. You can run reports in call accounting and look at them on screen or print them but I was trying to find a way to export them since I need to do so many on a weekly basis. The way I have to do it now is screen print each screen and then paste in in excel. I was hoping theres another way
