I made my first title in AE6, and want to export it so that it can be used for a project in Premiere Pro. There are lots of file format options. Which one is best for use as a title in Premiere Pro?

Thanks for helping this newbie!

It all depends on the final format.... but Quicktime is the usual standard. Compression is a different story. Sorenson is a great compressor, but for quality I use animation compression or uncompressed.

Yeah, I just did this and made a non-compressed Quicktime. Looked sweet when all was done.

In the past, I've also exported individual frames.

Cheers,
