Exporting for Excel XP

We have just installed Office XP on several of our machines. With my machine, I can export Crystal Reports as Excel files and then import them into Excel XP.

Two other machines running Crystal and Excel XP can export in Excel format, but none of the machines, including mine, can pull the files up with XP. The files can be pulled up in Excel 97 and saved and all works well with XP.

Any suggestions?
