exporting flash mx buttons??????

i used to create flash buttons in flash 5 for use in dreamweaver 4, exporting them as a 'generator template' (.swt). i am now trying to do the same in Flash MX but am failing miserably. is it just me or is there no way of exporting them as this file?? please help, i'm going crazy!!

why don't you just export them as swf-file?
works perfectly for me!
