Exporting Flash movies

My questions is , to what type of files should I export my flash movies in order to play them on computers that doesn't have flash installed?

swf for example only works on computer that have flash program installed . .

Projector files.

Windows Projector (.exe)

Or...

Macintosh Projector

Those include the player within the files. Regards,

I went to File / Export Movie , but I couldn't find .exe !

can you explain more please . . thanks

Under File -> Publish Settings. Select the type of files you want published and hit Publish. Regards,
