You can export it as MOV/AVI direct from Flash IDE. You can also export as a series of images (PNG, JPG etc) and compile them as MOV/AVI later.
Above methods are for linear movie only and if your Flash movie contains interactivity I think the only way is to capture the screen using tools such as Camtasia.
