Exporting Flash as an animated gif

Hello,
I see great banners all the time that are made in Flash. I have made one too but when I export it as an animated gif, it looks really bad. What is the best settings and way to export it as an animated gif?

what do you mean : "raelly bad" ?? Do you mean the speed it runs?? or the image quality?? Or what?? Regards

Sorry, yes it's the image quality that looks bad.

make sure you select 256 colors in the gif output options. Regards
