Exporting Data...

Our users reach our reports via web.If they need to export the data,they click on the export button and everything works ok.
But I need this exported file automatically.Our project is consist of java and J2EE applications.I wonder
if there is a way to obtain this files without requesting the report.By an API or any other thing.Maybe an exe program.Maybe Crystal Enterprice has ability to do this.If so how?
I will use these files as an input to one my modules.If there is a solution on your minds pls let me know.
Help me will you? :=)

Which version of CE are you using? v8.5 has a facility for you to set up a recurring schedule in any one of a number of formats. Because they run into your predetermined destination in the format you require at runtime, there is no need to export the object, or to access the object before you use the file.

Thanks for your reply.We are ready to purchase V 8.5 because its performance is better than V 8.0
Now lets come to the center of our problem.
Our database is extremely dynamic.We are a large tourism agency and are handling 2000 people a day.Our users ugrade the status of the reservations and automatically send faxes.I don't want to read the records from database myself since Crystal Reports can do this.WHAT I WANT is when user wants to send faxes,I want my fax module to activate SCR and create the file of my reservations.Then I will just simply take the file and just send it.But this file cannot be created periodically.Because our users always make modifications in every minute.
There is one important subject.I need to send the appropriate selection criterias. Salih Sipahi
