Exporting data to word 2003

i want to export data from my program to a word document.
so i don't know how to make a connection of the programm with word2003.i need to find a way of transporting data.
first i have to start a new word document from my program,
there will be a menu where the user has to choose which field of the database to show in the document.and there should be even a run of the word formular when the program fills these chosen fields.

Check "Office COM C#" or "MS Office Automation C#" on a search engine to learn about the Office objects available to you, the coder.

For now, go to Project->Add Reference->COM tab and choose Microsoft Word 11.0 Object Library or whatever your version of Word is (actually, there may be a .NET reference for 2003, I don't know).
