Exporting Data to Outlook

you can't export everything to Outlook- it can't handle all of the data. You can sync with outlook to transfer the appts and basic contact info. The sync must be done from GM.
Some of your custom fields can go I think (has been awhile since I did this in 4) but none of your history, etc. Michael Phipps
