Hi,

Has anybody tried to migrate a Lotus Notes database to MS SQL? Are there any utilities available to speed up the migration?

Many thanks
Damien.

Here are some ideas.
1- Export a view as tabular text and use SQL Servers BCP (Bulk Copy) program to load resultant text file to SQL Server.
2- Use Lotus Script to open an ODBC link into an SQL Server table and write the document contents directly into the SQL server table one document at a time.
The BCP is probably the fastest method while the Lotus script method gives you more control.
I'm pretty sure you could use DECS in there somewhere but I've never tried it.
