Exporting data to access ?

Is it possible to create a macro in access to get an excel file and
loaded automatically to specific table?

I understand the I can use the export/import access wizard but would like to automate the process.

Suggestions, examples or web links that I can search for this will be appreciated.

Business problem: Macro to upload excel spreadsheet automatically to an existing table.
