Right now as it stands we use Procomm Plus as a Inventory management software. (IMS) We also use it to track sales by all our sales people be it the retail team or Business Service Representative.

This is where i am stuck i have to run a command on a daily basis at the end of the night for my boss but i want to dump it into excel because using the windows clipboard and pasting doesn't line the columns up at all and i would like to be able to using this data in a database maybe and track their sales a little more efficiently seeing how the commands i run show the name of the customer or business they sold to also what was sold and the prices as well.

If there is someone out there with excel know how of this task please let me know of way of completing this thank you.
