Exporting CSV from Crystal

I have managed to export data from Crystal into CSV format with only a single corresponding header (instead of columns of headers) however, the first line (only the first line) of the records is 'skewed' and pushed over by one column, leaving a single gap before the first record appears.
Anyone know a fix? I have tried aligning, sizing etc, but nothing has worked so far!

What version of Crystal are you using?

Version 9.2, which apparently should have had some sort of fix already integrated. Do you know if this 'fix' needs activating somehow?
