Exporting CSV files WITH Headers 2

Hi,
I am trying to export data as a CSV file with headers (from a Crystal Report). Unfortunately, the headers become fully populated columns instead. Anyone know how to do this??

It involves editing the registry so you have to do it on the Enterprise server also if you are running from there.
