Exporting Crystal to File in RTF format 1

I am using Crystal's RDC in VB to view crystal reports. I need the ability to export using RTF but it is not available to my clients. In development it is there so I must be missing a reference or something.
Can someone help me out here?
We use vb6 and CR 8.5.

I explained incorrectly. The options to export via PDF or RTF are there, but it does not allow to save to a disk location. When the export button is clicked, we get the proper "export options" box to select pages to save, etc. But wen OK is clicked, it does not bring up the dialog box to save it to the disk location. I receive no errors at all, it just closes the "export options" box. I did check the craxdrt dll and it is the proper 8.5 version.;
