Exporting Crystal reports in MetaFrame

I have an application that has Crystal Reports (distributed) version 7 "inetegrated" within it. The application calls a "report view" (Crystal Dist. report) and opens the report. This application is installed on a Citrix MetaFrame server. The reports execute fine. The only problem is that all of the possible export formats are NOT available. they used to be but they aren't anymore. Under the advisement of Crystal we "copied" the DLLs from the WTSRV\Crystal folder into the WTSRV\System32 folder. This has resolved many of the problems but not exporting. The only export formats that appear are TEXT, RICH TEXT and HTML.

Any ideas?

What changed in between the formats being available and then not being available?

God only knows....that's what kills me. While I am not the server admin I do have admin rights to the server. There are many people who also have admin rights to the server. None of the users do though. What makes it even worse is that we have a strict change control process which is designed to prevent people from changing things on a production server without notice and documentation.

Can you get hold of an old PC to set up as a test server?

You've already implemented the only necessary fix I know of for CR, so I'm not sure what's happening here!

Try running Filemon to see if it throws any light on possible missing files (although I'd wait for a quiet moment when there aren't too many users logged on ;-)).
