Exporting Crystal Report as multiple Worksheets in Excel?

Hi Guys,

I have a crystal report on Employees table. When I run the report, it shows me employees for all 10 departments. I want to export the report to Excel showing each department as a separate worksheet and one worksheet showing totals. Means, I want to export the report in one Excel spreadsheet having 11 worksheets.

Is it possible with Crystal?

Crystal alone can't do it but at least one of the 3rd-party Crystal Reports Desktop Scheduling tools listed at: provides that functionality.

It allows you to burst the report so that each Group Level 1 becomes a separate worksheet within a single workbook. It also allows you to export another report 9providing totals, and insert it as a new worksheet into the existing multi-tab worksheet created by the prior step.
