Can anyone help me - we would like to create a facility in our Personnel Notes database where a user can create a "telephone list" to print it out. We have a template in Word with the fixed numbers (such as faxes etc. etc.) and would like to use the notes database to pull people's names and extension no's into this template.
I have a Notes form where I have created the Word document object and also have a field on this form which pulls back people's names and extension no's. I now need to be able to import the contents of that field into a column in my word document, so each time the user creates the telephone list - they get the most recent list of people's names and telephone no's.
Can anyone help as I am not sure where to start on this ?
