Exporting Contacts from Lotus to Outlook 2010

Hello,
Is there a way to export Lotus contacts into Outlook 2010? I found a posting on Microsoft to do this into Outlook 2003, but not 2010. I tried searching on this site, but couldn't find this question specifically.
Any help would be appreciated.

I imagine the process would be quite the same as in the article you found for Outlook 2003. After you have created your tab-delimited file in Notes per the Microsoft article, click the 'File' tab on the Ribbon in Outlook 2010. In the left pane select 'Open' and then select 'Import' in the right pane. At this point the process should be the same from steps 4-12.
