Exporting/archiving from GW5.5 for individual projects

I want to be able to "archive" messages to CD when a project is finished, preferably in a format that is not GroupWise dependent, such as HTML, as this will be for long-term storage. I know messages can be saved as mlm files (Wordperfect 5.1 format) but no link exists in these files to forwarded messages or other attachments.

Does anyone know of an easy way of doing this?

The only way is to go to the Nexic.com site which is a third party software site that works with Novell/GroupWise and download the Nexic Personal Publisher which enables you to read Groupwise archives in html format. It's a 30 day eval but is excellent as far as viewing archives and email.
