Exporting and Importing Subcribers

I am currently running Modular Messaging 2.0. I the configuration is an Avaya MAS and an Avaya MSS. I purchased a Dell computer for my new MAS. I purchased from Avaya the new MSS. I am installing version 5.2 of Modular Messaging on the new equipment as a new installation. I want to export the subscribers from my current 2.0 installation and import them into my 5.2 configuration. What is the best way to do this?
