Exporting and Importing MySQL database

Hi I am having a problem with importing a big database file into MySQL. The error message I get is "Error 2006 at line 85 : MySQL Serve has gone away". Basically it's saying that there is a very long script in that file.

Anybody knows how to solve this problem.
