I have an On demand report that has two Detail sections, one section is formatted for printing and on screen display, the other for an Excel export.

The user chooses which option they want with a parameter at runtime.

Is there a way for me to set it up so that if the users selects "Export to Excel" it exports to Excel straight away rather than displaying and expecting the user to click the Export button?

Thanks

Bruce

Not if you are running directly within CR. You would have to write an application to have this happen (VB, .NET, etc.).
